I went through the process of going off of Effexor last year, as well as 5 other medications. It was tough but so worth it. I started with LLV. I found it to be extremely important through the process! I also went on Women's Phytoestrogen Complex because I am very hormonal and that helped tremendously as well. I used the oils (on my feet) at least 3 times a day. Some times more. The most important for me were the Balance and Elevation. I didn't have a diffuser at the time so I would put them on a scarf or my clothing close to my nose. I didn't have Frank either so I had to make due without. Definitely lemon in my water to help detox. With the meds I was on, I did experience symptoms of withdrawal but the I believe the LLV made it so much milder than it could have been. Just remember that it is a process to go off and you may not feel great for a little while, but you will feel so much better in the long run. My process took me about 2 months. The first week was bad, then it got better. After the first month it was very minor but by the 3rd month I had no withdrawal symptoms.

Are there any oils that are good for that specific type of detox? I'm on some other supplements that are supporting me through the process at the same time I wanted to ask about oils too. I don't want to haphazardly try ones but establish a regular protocol. I'm thinking lemon in water, frankincense under the tongue, inhaling orange, peppermint and frank for energy and diffusing citrus oils but wanted to know if anyone else had any insight. I anticipate that the supplements will help with any emotional or mental side effects and that I will experience more physical side effects of shakiness, fatigue, nausea, etc. Do you think zendocrine would help?
