Too much too soon. We have to slowly detox our bodies.. take one of each a day to start then wait about 5 days and up the dose...This happened to me but about day two or three. The E Omega..can do this also. So I took it out and slowly introduced it back in. Most people can only do 1/2 the recommended a day of llv and still benefit.
