I finished GX Assist and started PB Assist about a week ago. I started Llv the same time as PB Assist and have had headaches throughout. Last night I got a really bad migraine that I ended up taking my prescription meds for. I've been drinking plenty of water and have been using other oils throughout the day. Not sure what the root cause is but I haven't had a migraine like that in a long time. I'm only taking half the amount of LLV and taking the omega at night. Trying to stay positive through this.
