[Everything doTERRA] Re: Hidradenitis suppurativa

There is no cure for Hidradenitis suppurativa. I have dealt with this aweful disease for over twenty years. People have flares for different reasons. Some people flare with stress, menstrual cycles, or even the food that they eat. Keep track of all of those things and find out what triggers the flares in your own body. When you do get a flare you can try melalueca oil or frankincense/onguard. Apply directly to the abscess. DO NOT APPLY to an open abscess!
My DoTerra consultant asked me to try a cleanse with PBassist/GX/zendocrine for a month. I am in the last part of the trial. I'm not sure that it has made a difference (although I have not had an abscess this month) but I figured that it wouldn't hurt to try. And anyone who lives with this disease will try just about anything to minimize the symptoms.
I just read a post about possibly trying PURIFY to draw the infection out of the "boil" so I am going to try this next time. It kind of makes sense for purify to help though.
Good luck! There are a lot of other things you can try but remember that there is no cure...just periods of remission.
