My son had really bad reflux too. The only thing that worked for him was a homeopathic remedy called lycopodium. It was incredibly fast working. If you can consult a homeopath do otherwise try to get the remedy and give every time you see it to be a problem. After a few weeks my son needed a top up dose and then was completely fine.
