Are you taking anti-histamines for your sinus infection? That will dry you out. I have dry mouth, white tongue, as well as dry eyes. My tongue isn't coated, my taste buds are white because they are dry. My dryness started back when I use to be on a bunch of allergy meds. (no longer taking meds since started with doterra) But I'm still dry. One thing I noticed is when I use lime EO in my water, my mouth is more dry.
