[Everything doTERRA] mold issues

Hi, 

My daughter lives in Taiwan where it is very humid and mold is a big issue. She is very sensitive to mold and it will grow in her lungs. She has the doTerra Ace diffuser and On Guard oil. 

She has connected the On Guard to the diffuser. What is the time on and off you suggest? There are no guidelines in the directions. How far does set the output?

The room it is in right now is 30x20. It's the living room, kitchen and dining room all open to one big room. Down the short hallway is their bedroom. It is isolated at the other end of the apartment so I think she will need a diffuser for that room alone???? There is no escaping the mold here. It is just so tropical. 

 The AC units are individual wall units (not window units). So there is one in each bedroom and 2 in the large room. They need to be cleaned as well. You can see the mold on the flaps. uurrgh!!!

Any suggestions for the diffuser, oral ingestion, topical application or inhaling the oils to kill the mold in the air and in her lungs is greatly appreciated.
