[Everything doTERRA] Allergy relief for someone allergic to lemon

I've been going through some super strange allergies for the past 8 months or so; I've had eczema my whole life and seasonal allergies for years, which started to get really bad a couple of years ago. Last allergy season, I took the suggested protocol of lavender, lemon and peppermint oils internally and had no symptoms - it was amazing!  But, recently, I was diagnosed with a bunch of food allergies and sensitivities - and one of the biggest ones I have is to lemon/lime, which is a huge bummer because I can't take the lemon, lavender, peppermint oil combo anymore!  My allergic reactions are all skin related - I get hives, eczema, red skin, etc. - and I'm on a bunch of natural supplements and probiotics to fix my digestive immune system to reduce my sensitivities, but I'm starting to have hay fever symptoms and I'm looking for help!

I'm wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for oils I can take either internally and/or topically to help with allergies if I can't take lemon.  I've been doing lavender and peppermint on the sinus points on my toes but does anyone know of any other good oils I could use?  I can't take Breathe because it has lemon in it...any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Jessica
