I just purchased some on guard beadlets so hoping those will help. When you do the lemon, peppermint, lavendar shot do you put it in water? I tried that yesterday and it wasn't the best taste; only put 2 drops of peppermint in since I knew that would be stronger than the rest.

I was so sick over Christmas with something and had a sore throat and sinus stuff and a horrid cough for a good three months and lost my voice completely for about a month and I LOVE the on guard throat drops. They were a life saver. I would suggest you have at least a few of these during the day, they will help the sore throat and provide some protection for you. Some don't like the taste of them but they work so well I just ignore it.

Should I do something different? The oils I have right now are lemon, peppermint, deep blue rub, wild orange, & on guard (which stays at work). I'm hoping this is just allergies but I could be wrong since a few students whom I work with have been sick, as well as family members. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
