For Adrenal Support you can try:
Basil, Geranium or Ylang Ylang or if does don't make a big difference already try Rosemary or Peppermint.
Try one for a few day's before you switch.
And Roman Chamomile for sleep.
Be well

My son was just diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency. He's 2 and a half years old. He is severely hypoglycemic all the time (his numbers have been as low as 25 and are most often in the 30's and 40's; it's very hard to get him up into a normal range) and the endocrinologist thinks that his adrenals don't make enough cortisol. They want to put him on hydrocortisone for the rest of his life. I'd really like to find a natural way to go about this so he's not dependent on the drug forever and so his adrenals don't stop making cortisol altogether. I'll do it if that's what will keep him safe and alive, but if there's a way to stimulate his adrenals naturally, I'd much prefer it! The stuff I've read on everythingessential.me seems to be geared more towards adrenal fatigue, but at age 2, I'm doubting that the source of his trouble is stress. He also doesn't seem overly fatigued, though he does seem to need a little more sleep than other kids his age. I'm having a hard time finding information about this condition as it pertains to children so I'm not really sure how to approach this. Any suggestions?
