What oil(s) do you guys use when oil pulling? I want to give this a try hopefully soon if I can. Currently I am working on getting over a scratchy throat and stuffy/runny nose at times - hoping it's only allergies since it seems to happen every year at the time. :/ I was looking at the achieve things, but couldn't really find what oil(s) to use. I currently have lemon, wild orange, peppermint beadlets, some peppermint, and a little lavender. Thanks in advance for everything.
