I have a friend that had this type of surgery a few months ago. She felt that Deep Blue Rub gave her the most relief.

Hi, my mother had a knee replacement a few months ago and is still in a lot of pain. She has been using a range of oils topically for pain relief, but says that they haven't helped a great deal. Just wondering what would be the best option to apply for topical pain relief, and also which oils would be good to take internally for pain relief and inflammation.Thanks!Tanya--
