We've been using Slim & Sassy to help our 3 year old eat more. It's really a metabolic blend, not a weight loss blend. Our son is above average for his weight and height, but he was eating so erratically. S&S has helped him to want to eat more meals. He also deals with less constipation too. I don't feel that he's gained or loss anything noticeable, but he is cycling his food in a more appropriate manner.
