There is a WAITING LIST through dōTERRA for convention tickets. Tickets should NOT be sold to the highest bidder. That is NOT what this group is for. Your team members should have gotten their tickets earlier-- they were for sale for months before they finally sold out, so it's not like there wasn't an opportunity.
