You have a great plan, the LLV and DDR are for sure a good starting tool. The Frankincense would be great for both of them but I would like to suggest that you start them out slowly on the LLV. Have them take one from each bottle (LLV) for 2-3 days then add another for 2-3 days. Do this slowly until each of them have reached the recommended dose. I would however suggest that the girl with F.A.P. continue with half dose for at least a month to get her system regulated.
