[Everything doTERRA] I've never done the GX Assist so can someone guide me?

Thanks for the suggestions. I just got my GX and PB+ and am excited to use them, but feel like I am not well educated just yet about how exactly to use them. Your post was very informative and helpful! I've never done a cleanse of any sort, but have heard that people who have done them before are constantly running to the bathroom. Is this the usual case with the GX and PB+?

I also had read that you cannot have white flour, white sugar etc. etc. while doing the cleanse.....is there a specific diet to follow while doing this?
