Kristy Skoy--My daughter is a ballroom dancer on her high school team. The Thursday before Christmas she fell from a lift. With a trip to the local Urgent Care office and a couple of x-rays later we found that she had torn all the tendons from the top left side of her left foot with a possible hairline fracture. The Dr. said she would need crutches for a few days and not to dance for 6 weeks.When I went to the school to after the fall I took my oils with me. ( as any of us would) The first oil I used was Birch and then Deep Blue for the pain. When we finally made it home later that day we kept using Deep Blue, Lemongrass, Frankincense and Helichrysum.She is still applying the oils morning and night. She is walking normal today, and there is not anymore swelling. The bruise that was supposed to cover the top of her foot in blue and purple colors never surfaced. She is a little yellow and green.I believe that the quick healing was due to the quick use and consistent use of doTERRA essential oils. Her pain level was under control after the first day with just Deep Blue, Wintergreen and Frankincense. Although we had to use the Dr. I am very thankful that I was able to apply the first healing oils on the spot at the school.Our high school has a CNA program so we had 2 senior "almost nurses" caring for her when I arrived. It was wonderful to be able to explain the those girls how the oils work and help heal the body.

I said lemongrass, francinsense, helychrism, peppermint etc. But wondered if anyone had specific ideas of things that worked for them.--
