RE: [Everything doTERRA] Shin splints

This sounds silly but really works.  Trace the alphabet in the air with each foot at least twice (but not one right after the other) before going for a walk or doing workout.  Also do this again afterward.  Another thing that helps me is to wear negative heel shoes.

> I too have struggled with shin splints, for years! What I did was purchase zensah compression sleeves to wear during my workouts. Immediately following my workout, I gently roll all my leg muscles with The Stick. I pay close attention to the shins & calves. I follow up with lemongrass, marjoram & a heating pad. Then at night I mix 2 drops deep blue oil with avocado oil & massage my calves & shins, followed by heating pad. I've been shin splint free since July 2012! Good luck!!
