Re: [Everything doTERRA] restless leg syndrome

I get restless legs when I'm pregnant. before the oils I would take several calcium magnesium pills before bed (also really helped the bowels as a added bonus!). this last pregnancy I rubbed aromatouch on my legs and then used my skin brush on my legs also. i would brush them pretty hard, especially the shins and calves where it was the worst. It worked great. if u don't have atomatouch, I would think that peppermint would help also.
