I would not be surprised if she has some kind of undiagnosed parasites. Any chance she can do a Zyto scan?  I have found that IC is one of the most difficult things to treat and a couple times I have found that a person needs to be doing things that make them happy. One client of mine would have her symptoms disappear when she was dancing. 

Probiotics are a daily must.  Has she done any candida cleansing at all? I'm just guessing but I think DDR and drinking Lemon would be helpful. Perhaps muscle test Lemongrass, Marjoram, Digestzen, Frankincense of course GX Assist if she hasn't done anything like that.  Be sure to let us know what helps if she figures it out.
