[Everything doTERRA] Re: What is this "flu bomb" I keep hearing about

As for constipation, i would suggest adding more fruits and veggies to their diet.  My kids grab an apple, orange, banana, etc for breakfast and lunch.. they might add some bell peppers, cukes, strawberries, etc and some healthier chips and a water. I have come to this after years of sending what "I think" they should eat only to find the organic food was not eaten, or it turns into a science project in their lunch box and money wasted. Then when they come home they are either hungry for dinner or grab another healthy snack until dinner is ready.  Fresh fruit, veggies, nuts berries and seeds have natural enzymes and the body knows what to do with them.. so bm's will get better if you add these to the diet. Home made oatmeal  is also a nice breakfast. We add maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins, vanilla and its great.

I would also add some top quality  food enzymes to help break down the food they eat.. food today that is cooked or processed has virtually no enzymes and the body does not know what to do with this food.  Adding a top quality enzyme will help the food digest and you will be amazed at the BM's that come out :-)

I saw on doTerra's FB page a anti-flu mix of lemon, meleluca, onGuard & oregano (mixed w fractioned coconut oil) applied on the bottom of feet. Is that the "bomb"?  I would love to have something to prevent it.

While I am at it.... What helps a 6 yr old w constipation? Digestzen doesn't seem to be helping...
