[Everything doTERRA] Re: Diffuser Blend

Thank you everyone for your comments.
We went out and bought a GOOD humidifier and have worked our way up to
60% humidity. Still dry throat etc.
I've rubbed the digestzen around the navel, but I'm so tired by
bedtime, that I haven't been very consistent with applying the
oils...need to smarten up there!
I've started a GX cleanse hoping that will help too. Anyway, I keep
reminding myself during the day to rub FCO and oils in my nose (I'm
used to oils there) etc.
I use oils in the diffuser every night too. So I've decided, maybe my
body is warning me that I might be getting sick (flu or something). So
I'm going to do a few oils.
