[Everything doTERRA] Re: Diffuser Blend

Thank you for thinking about the type of water I use, but It's just
regular tap water. I started making sure I diffuse on intermittent
setting, so I get at least a second hour of mist now. I never get
around to see if there is a 3rd hour of mist. I guess I should see if
I can get a 3rd hour or partial hour out of it. But I'm happy to get
2, as that gets me generally through a night (with 4 hrs between
running).

I must add, things aren't as bad as they were. I at least sleep half
the night before my throat closes off and wakes me up. I'm very dry,
so drink lemon water, start the diffuser again and sooner or later get
back to sleep. I for sure can NOT sleep on my back now, so just stay
on my side as much as possible. In the morning I can't stay in bed, or
it will get worse, so it's motivation for me to get up ;0)
