I suffer chronic sinuitis and have been taking allergy shots 3/week for almost 2 years. I'm highly allergic to every green living thing in Tennessee. I'm always stuffy and have an infection of some sort with headaches. The oils were helping me in the beginning and I was feeling so much better. However, I am now suffering with allergy induced asthma and still trying to determine what oils are best for me. I do LLV, onguard and frankinsence under the tongue daily.
My last visit for allergy testing 3 weeks ago was a no go because my lungs were only working at 75%. My doctor had to put me on prednisone for 10 days and amoxicillin. I am now finished with the treatment and go in for testing on the 9th.
I'm just not sure if I should continue my oils or discontinue until after the testing.
