[Everything doTERRA] # of servings in a trim shake canister?

Can anyone tell me how many servings are in a canister of the trim shake?  If I order the kit and use a shake 2 times a day, will the 2 canisters last the full three months of the contest, or will I have to order more?  

Also, I would like to know what sweeteners are used in the shakes.
