Yes this is just the nature of Myrrh...as long as it is not crystalizing inside your bottle it is fine...Sometimes you just have to use Lemon oil on it to clean up the stickiness on the rim& reducer...i have even considered changing the reducer& lid from another empty oil bottle b/c it got so bad. But it does not change the effectiveness of the oil:) Love Myrrh!
