[Everything doTERRA] Birth marks removal

Has anybody used any oils to fade birthmarks.  I have a Nevus of Ota around my eye which makes me look like I have a black eye all the time.  Since it's non cancerous insurance won't pay to remove it and the ways it's done are kinda scary
