Most days I simply read and take it all in.  Please take the advice of many and place your LRP between the 2nd and the 15th of the month.  I am a silver with doTERRA and manage, train and create  a lot of business. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM  with this system of ordering. Trust me , when you have a team of 500 people you will be at your computer late into the night on the last day of the month anyway, taking care of others needs.   I train ipcs to do the same.  doTERRA is an amazing company with outstanding customer service.  I grow weary of your seemingly focus on the negative.  Sure, there will always be areas for  growth and improvement.  You mentioned several months ago that you have reached your year mark and have not seen much growth in your business.  Did you know that UK leads the world in Aromatherapy?  Many hospitals have a diffuser on wheels and they pay people to walk the halls with the diffuser carts.  Different oils are diffused in different parts of the hospital based on need.   You have every opportunity that everyone else has in doTERRA AND you are in an Aroma friendly territory.  We all have access to the SAME training, the SAME products.  The ONLY variable is the individual!  Why do some seem to take off and others never do?  We always attract who we are.  If we are positive and upbeat that is what we will attract.  If we are negative and skeptical that is what we will attract.  There is no other explanation for the growth of doTERRA in many peoples lives.  You simply must get to convention and sit and listen to the ones who have been successful.  If they can do it , you can do it.  Shoot, if I can do it, you can do it.  I had to take a hard look at myself.  My business did reflect who I was and I was not growing because of it.  This business will be the absolute best personal development class you ever attend.  You learn to be selfless.  The only way to grow in doTERRA is to show up to serve all the time, whether you get paid or not.  A servant's heart will help you achieve what you desire.  We give up to go up.  Have you ever heard of Dani Johnson?  She is a world renowned business and financial coach.  You can access her info online.  She will help you.   You can attend her first steps to success seminar or get her cds.  Surely your team has team training?  If not, you have Dani Johnson and you have us.  You also have access to www.builddoterra.com.

The solution would be simple. doTERRA have our email addresses. All they have to do is have it set up to email us at the end of each month, on the last day. 

Instead, they make it hard for everyone. 

Regarding the call centre, they should definitely know. How many phone calls do they receive? doTERRA will have surely informed them. The information is available beforehand, as so many Diamonds get to hear it first. It's not a case of, doTERRA suddenly informing their employees on the 1st of the month. 

As for the backoffice, there is no confirmation of the extended Summer Sensation offer. So again, another fail. 

From the UK angle, I see so many errors and misinformation it is crazy. Perhaps in the US, it's not as bad. It does frustrate me, hence my criticism. However, the fact that doTERRA continues to grow so rapidly despite so many unprofessional mistakes/lack of communication, is testament to the great products.

     I tell my team to schedule their LRO between the 5th and the 15th,
then when they find out what the specials are they can move it forward
if they choose to. Yes my team gets excited and anxious to hear the
specials but I don't get calls on the 2nd complaining they didn't get
the specials.
     As for this Immortelle special I definitely do not like how Team
Share doTerra chose to share it. There should have been a disclaimer
that it is for their team only on it. It is already all over Facebook
and is guaranteed to cause problems which sucks for the rest of us.
