I have seen this (lower than wholesale) and reported it to Miki in the legal dept. She actually does weekly sweeps of amazon and shuts these down. When I reported it to her, she was already on it. I have actually converted a couple of amazon buyers to ipcs because of loyalty rewards. So, focus on those benefits.
