    First the 100/100/100 promo is tied to specific events so make sure you are signing up at or within 3 days of the event. You can enroll with a $100 PV order and do the auto ship order later, however, I recommend you make the order when you sign up so you don't lose it.
    We've had several people who didn't and then despite reminders didn't; stalled and waited to long (it has to be entered online by the 27th); we've had people place 2 $50 internet orders or a variety of reasons. So I've heard that many people wish they had placed it at the time. Remember it isn't set in stone, you can always change it before it ships and move the ship date later in the month.
