I have been using Lemongrass and Peppermint for the last 6 weeks to help with my Hypothyroidism. I will use 1 drop Lemongrass daily applied topically on my thyroid area and 1 drop on the areas of my feet that correspond with the Thyroid. I use 1 drop of Peppermint on my thyroid area about every other day. I have been feeling great with it, although, a few days ago, I had a rash pop up on my neck, and I don't know why.
