Re: [Everything doTERRA] mold & On Guard

I have one large pantry that has mold growing all up the walls along with the cabinet that is next to that closet and there is mold growing up the walls in the furnace room.  The storage room is where the suitcases were that had mold growing on them. I have no idea if there is other mold in there.  I don't see any on the floors, but they are a very light colored tile.

The bedroom downstairs has a little growing on the floor in the closets.  I can only assume it is other areas also.  I'm trying to figure what I would need to tackle this.  The mold I've seen doesn't look black, so would I still need to spray it neat?  Can I use a regular spray bottle that I use for cleaning?  I don't have any spray nozzles to fit on those small bottles.  What would you recommend for that?   What ratio On Guard to distilled water to use for areas that are not black?

What about diffusing On Guard & other oils as suggested by Amelia?  I don't have a diffuser, but perhaps could invest in one to help with this.  I've been wanting one anyway.  : )    Which one would be best to get for this purpose?

Thanks for everyone's help and ideas!  I'm very concerned about our health and want to tackle this as quickly as possible.  I read in another post that sarcoidosis was sometimes caused by mold.  In my early twenties I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis, but have not had any problems since.  I have had a cough for many months now and I wonder if it has something to do with this.  Have to get this taken care of before it affects my family.

I know that we sent OnGuard to Australia when they were struggling with black mold from their flooding. They did clean it off the best they could (wear a mask and gloves) and throw away the cleaning rags. Then spray neat on the black areas. Try comparing the cost of having a mold removal company come in and you will be glad to purchase a few bottles of OnGuard.
