You do not get a discount on your purchases, you get a percentage that is banked for you. Each month when you place your LRP order you get a percentage of your PV placed in your Loyalty Rewards account. Every three month your percentage increases, 10% for the first three months and then every three months it increases until the 13th month you are at 30% and as long as you have a LRP order you will earn the 30% on the pv. You do have to redeem your points within one year.

I was under the impression that when signed up for the loyalty rewards program, I would be getting the percentage discount off my monthly auto-ship. I have yet to see any discount other than the wholesale pricing. I keep my PV at over 100 at all times and am I getting commission.
