John
I am sorry you have had the nerve pain linger so long. I came down
with shingles nearly three weeks ago, and I am now done with the skin
healing part. The neuralgia pain is still there, and I follow the
protocol that Pat has suggested with Frankincense and the Majoram
spray. The pain is reducing VERY slowly. Everything that I read
indicates that repairing nerve endings takes time. I believe that with
the right nutrients the body and nerve endings can heal themselves.
In addition to oils, chammomile tea, oat straw, and valerian root are
helpful nutrients for nerve endings, and I am taking those daily as
well. I would certainly like to be out of the woods on the nerve
ending repair, but I am trying to be patient. Shingles are awful and
the neuralgia pain is far worse than the skin sores. For me, I'd
rather heal from another c-section than this.
Happy healing, and I will let you know what else I try. I muscle test
every day to see what else might help.
