[Everything doTERRA] Re: PREGNANCY

According to midwife Stephanie Fritz (she spoke at convention) you should be able to use them even during the labor process. It is my understanding that you can use it until your milk actually starts coming in and then you would want to back off. It affects different women differently. Some women can use it without problems and others can't even smell it without it affecting their milk supply. 

My sis in law likes lemongrass on her arthritic wrists. That might help. Best of luck to you!
