I did exact the SAME thing you did...but to no avil, it seemed to be still pinkish...This afternoon, I decided to try OnGuard since I have been doing alot of reading catch up and OnGuard is known to kill MRSA so I thought "what do I have to lose?" and put it around my son's eye dilluted with coconut oil, and the pink eye was gone in few mins but I knew I needed to keep it up...it seems to be working much better this time around with the OnGuard with FCO...(son says he feels little burning so I will swipe my finger full of FCO and put it over his closed eyelid and it did the trick to simmer down the "burning"...I told him to leave his eye closed for few minutes...

Our go-to solution for pink eye is to put lavender and melaleuca around the eye. It has always kicked it the same day. In fact, my son started getting it last night, did the lavender and melaleuca just once, and it's gone this morning.
