[Everything doTERRA] Re: Cat urinate

Much cheaper - hydrogen peroxide (for a couch put it in a spray bottle and spray away ---- ) I've used this on all kinds of colors of carpet, furniture, clothing, towels, etc and never had a color fade (the H202 sold in the drug store isn't potent enough in the USA to decolorize or bleach out most items.... however since it's your couch etc. I'd test on an inconspicuous spot... first) We had a male cat whose momma never taught him to use a box and he never found on he'd use (even when ill and locked in a 6 x 8 ft laundry room: poop in the box, pee on the floor.... ack.

anyway cheaper than "wasting" your oils (although I like the clove idea to keep them away from that spot again....

also animal planet has a show called "my cat from hell" and he has great info on getting rid of the smell, but more the behavior leading to the peeing  -- trip the the vet bc of a urinary infection is no. 1 cause... don't know if you can internally dose a cat for a UTI? but

good luck,
anne
