I volunteered to do relaxation hand massages at a private nursing home and assisted living facility. I plan on using rosemary and citrus oils. Before I attempt to recreate the wheel, does anyone have any good handouts specific for seniors or any in regard to dementia/alzheimer's? Any LLV handouts (other than the tearsheet). The facility has asked me to leave some literature in case the patients or their family are interested.
