[Everything doTERRA] itchy rash ? hives, ? unknown reaction to something

I have developed a rash, Dr diagnosed it as Uticaria. nothing seemed to reliev it, ( I initially thought it may have been a reaction to my oils) I have to be extremely carefully and will develope a localised rash even when they are on a clay pendant.

Are there any oils to help relieve the itch that wakes me up at night and is constant throughout the day. It feels like there are tiny insects crawling under my skin, especially back and neck area. My chest is red, angry and very itchy.
