I was sitting in the kitchen this morning, with a light brunch and an iced coffee...this HEAT came over me, and sweat started rolling down my back. I am (sadly) thinking I experienced my first "power surge" today. *weep* Then I realized I did not ovulate this month (sorry, probably TMI). I have already prepared to add Phytoestrogen to my upcoming order (and I am already taking LLV). I saw a few posts about Frankincense helping with hot flashes...is there anything else I may consider adding? *weep*
(might also add that I have zero sense of smell following an accident I was in 3 years ago, topical and internal suggestions, please)
