Only 5 lbs over weight - LOL
Low carb and good protein - she may need more protein and more veggies - that is how we all should eat all the time so it's a very healthy wasy to eat - make sure she is getting enough protein. She won't lose more if she is only 5 lbs over weight and she has already lost 5 lbs.

Hello. My sister-in-law is really struggling with being able to lose weight. She exercises about 5 times a week and eats pretty healthy, however, she can't seem to lose the weight. Her doctor just put her on a low carb diet - but it makes her feel terrible and she finds it extremely difficult (on the other hand, her husband is doing the same diet for motivation for her and he finds it easy and has lost 20 lbs in two weeks.) She has lost 5. What is the best way for to lose the weight and regulate her body so it can lose easily. By the way, she is only 5 pounds over weight according to the doctor.
