I only know that my children fight me when I try to give them the oils they need the most. Then they get over it. As for a dog's third eyelid or not allowing you to put oils on it if it doesn't need it, I have no idea. I haven't had a dog since I was a teenager. And humor has to be pretty obvious before I will get it, or so my husband tells me. I do know you can use the oils on dogs and other animals. However, I read in one of my books last night that cats "recycle" the oils in their system, so it is important to not use too much oil on them and to wait about 72-hrs in between applications so you do not give them too much. Again, I do not have any animals and haven't for years, so I have no idea.
