Yes, Good suggestions! Regarding her concern that she doesn't want
the oils to interfere with the medications.... Dr. Susan Lawton has
seen in her practice those that still want the meds, and start doing
the oils additionally (and doing them FAITHFULLY like the meds), that
the oils INCREASE the effectiveness of the medications. So make sure
your friend knows that to ease her mind.

Just an FYI - Goat milk does have quite a bit of a different taste,
but yes it is easier to digest.

If she is nursing, PB Assist definitely. Has she also eliminated from
her diet all potential allergens? For my nursing baby I had to cut
out dairy, sugar and wheat and then he was happy. It's hard, but
possible.
