Hello Michale from Sydney Australia!!   Tinnitus is a ringing or other audible noise in the ears caused by an ear infection, wax buildup or a block in the eustachian tube.....use Helichrysum all over the outside of the ear (1 drop will suffice), then hold the finger inside the ear for a little while.  I love Helichrysum and it works great for ear problems.  Hope this helps you.  Julie Ann
