I drank a gallon of water daily - tried to put lemon in my water daily - at least 2 drops a day.  You can do herbal teas but no soda,

no chocolate milk, etc.  NO refined sugar, try to do a low net carb and med to high protien - clean eating diet.  Try it once

then wait at least 2 weeks and do it again.  You should be good for 6 months then repeat - that's just

my suggestion!

Is there anything else I should do when I use the GX assist diet wise, liquid wise....anything?  Can I use the Lifelong Wellness pack during the same time or should I wait until I am done with the GX assist?  Is the 1 GX assist package good for the entire cleansing process or do I need to purchase additional packages?
