Was your friend diagnosed right away? Or was it years after he/she got Lyme Disease? I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, too. But unfortunately, I wasn't diagnosed until almost 10 years after I initially was bitten by the tick. By then, it had wreaked havoc on my body - causing Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and hormonal problems - as well as a myriad of other health issues. I'm still trying to get everything under control. I've been doing the GX and PB assists as well as the LLW since January. I'll be honest. I haven't noticed a HUGE difference. But I have noticed a SMALL one. And I know that I need to KEEP doing it for a long time because I have so many "issues" with my health. My friend also suggested that I do the PB assist continually. Not just following the GX assist. I've been on so many anti-biotics in my lifetime, that my body probably really needs to build up those good bacterias! Pat, I hadn't heard of increasing the Omega from 2 caps to 4 a day. This is good to know! I'll start doing that right away!! I have another question, Pat - the 12 drops on guard, 6 drops oregano and 3 drops frankincense in a capsule - would I take those along with the LLW? And while doing the GX and PB assists as well? And ... I know this is sheepish, but I don't know how to make my own capsules. Anyone have information on how to do that?? I'm also going to ask my husband if he can rub OnGuard and Frankincense along my spine.
