Re: [Everything doTERRA] High Blood Pressure and Wild Orange

Finding an oil that is effective at reducing your blood pressure takes time
and patience. I am including a group of oils that have been known to reduce
blood pressure. Application includes several drops rubbing in well on the
bottom of the feet, both wrists, along the breast bone, over the heart, and
on the carotidal arteries on the back of the neck and also on the back of
the neck. Diffusing them would also be helpful.

Blend:
6 drops Ylang Ylang
6 drops Helichrysum
4 drops Frankincense
4 drops Marjoram
4 drops Cassia
20 drops Coconut Oil

You can increase this and fill a roller bottle for ease in applying

Blend #2:
Equal drops of Balance, Serenity and Citrus Bliss

Single Oils that are helpful:
Ylang Ylang
Clary Sage
Marjoram
Lavender
Helichrysum
Lemon

I'm trying to control my high blood pressure with DoTerra oils and I
found out (luckily) that Wild Orange is really good for LOW blood
pressure. It literally spikes my pressure by more than 10 points
(while cyrpess lowers it by at least 10). I'm saving up my money for
Helichrysum and I plan on getting clove next week. I've read those
along with cypress are best for high blood pressure. Any others? I'm
also getting LLW.

I'm very new to the oils and I'm wondering if other citrus oils will
do the same with my pressure. I want to get grapefruit and the slim
and sassy, but I'm leery. I noticed On Guard will spike as well... of
course, since it has wild orange!

Also, do you think that if I diffuse the orange it will have the same
effect on my blood pressure?

Are there other blends I should stay away from?

This experience has opened my eyes to ask people about their blood
pressure before offering any type of oil to them.

Thanks in advance!
