I have always taken the whole regiment in the morning with my breakfast. I love how I feel and know they are helping me. I really think
you can do them however it suits you.

Morning: 2 Alpha CRS, 2 MicroplexVM, 1 EOmega. Evening: 1 Alpha CRS, 2 MicroplexVM and 1 EOmega. And take these with a meal. I hope that helps. If someone else has another suggestion, please add. I was under the assumption that you just take these twice a day. Maybe I need to up my intake...?
And the GX assist is 3 times a day for only 10 days then followed by the PB Assist 3 times a day for 5 days. And stop the LLW while cleansing if there is too muich detoxing going on in the body. These are just suggestions.........I'm not a doctor, but check with your health care professional. I got the LLW and GX and PB assist approved my my doctors before taking them and they all said they were the best they'd ever seen if that helps.

How much longer can he expect to feel sick like this? He says he can

His wife, who is currently prego, has dealt with a lot of sicknesses
and started taking the LLW pills but only takes them once a day. Will
she see any results anytime soon? Because it says to take them 4x a
day. Or should I encourage her to be taking them the 4x a day or is
she ok with the once?
