[Everything doTERRA] Re: Ringing in the ears...

Cristi, If it's sinusitus, which I've dealt with, have you tried nasal
washes? There is one on the market (US) that is called Sinus Rinse by
NeilMed. A soft squeezable bottle that you put a baking soda-sea salt
mix (1/2 teaspoon) into & mix with warm water, shake & squeeze into
your sinuses to wash out infection. I had it, sinus problems, for
years & it took a couple months to correct. But I have never had a
problem since & I do the wash periodically if I feel a sinus cold
coming on (& On Guard on my feet, of course). Singers use this method
all the time to improve their voices & hearing of the notes. It comes
with a mix--but I make my own. Hope this helps, Pony
