washes? There is one on the market (US) that is called Sinus Rinse by
NeilMed. A soft squeezable bottle that you put a baking soda-sea salt
mix (1/2 teaspoon) into & mix with warm water, shake & squeeze into
your sinuses to wash out infection. I had it, sinus problems, for
years & it took a couple months to correct. But I have never had a
problem since & I do the wash periodically if I feel a sinus cold
coming on (& On Guard on my feet, of course). Singers use this method
all the time to improve their voices & hearing of the notes. It comes
