The blood patch does fix a spinal headache right away. Pressure is the issue and coagulation- basicly she has sprung a leak and her spinal volume is low causing the headach. I'd try Helicrism at the sight where the epaderel was - 1/2 drop at sight every 20 min for a few hours then as think about it, drink a lot of water to volume and stay down to let it heal up as moving about to much pops them back open. I had one with a spinal tap pre doTERRA. The trick is she can't be twisting or straining or the presure can repop it again.
